Where do I find my tracking number?
We email it to you as soon as your order ships, usually within 5 days of ordering. It is also on your order status page. Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder.
How long does delivery take?
Most US orders arrive 12–21 days after ordering. Shipping is free and every order is tracked.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days
That is normal while your parcel travels between sorting centers. It can show no new scan for several days and then update all at once.
